Andy Zonfrillo | Global Managing Director . . .
Andy is responsible for developing MCap's commercial activity on a global basis, and managing all media agency and client relationships. Prior to MCap, Andy worked for some of the world’s largest media agency groups, holding positions such as Omnicom Media Group's Global Head of Trading, Mindshare’s Global Head of Trading and GroupM's Global Head of Pricing. Andy first worked as a UK TV buyer and, before moving into international positions, was responsible for MindShare’s UK Media buying team working across all media channels.
Patty Norway | Chief Executive Officer, Americas . . .
Patty joined MCap to support international expansion efforts. She is responsible for launching and managing operations across the Americas. Previously, Patty led Interpublic’s media investment arm, Orion, where she held dual roles as Chief Media Officer and President Worldwide. She scaled the company to $1 billion in turnover across 24 markets throughout the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Patty started out in advertising at Griffin Bacal, negotiating commercial rates and securing program clearances for Hasbro-owned properties. Throughout her agency career, she has had the privilege to work with many global brands including Chrysler, ExxonMobil, Microsoft and P&G.
Gideon Hoffman | Group Chief Operating Officer . . .
Gideon is responsible for supervising all back-office functions within MCap. Previously, Gideon was at HM Treasury from 1999 – 2009. His past work experience as advisor to the Chancellor involved drafting the business plan that established HMRC. He started his career at the Inland Revenue and has an MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Management.
Jason Clancy | Chief Operating Officer, Americas . . .
Jason is responsible for strategy, commercial development, and day-to-day operations for the Americas. Previously, he was Managing Director of WPP’s Aviator Worldwide, where he led the business to see double-digit growth year-on-year. He started his career at Interpublic’s Orion, where he spent nearly a decade in various global leadership positions. Jason earned his MBA from The Kelley School of Business where he was a Chambers Scholar, and continues to be involved with the school by serving on their Board of Directors where he invests his personal time towards building the university’s top ranked entrepreneurship program.

Azon is responsible for media agency and client relationships. Prior to joining MCap, Azon worked as EMEA Head of Investment at Omnicom Media Group. Azon started his media career as a TV trader in 1991. Within this time, he spent roughly 20 years in total at Dentsu Aegis, where he held positions of Carat Head of Broadcast, Aegis Head of Broadcast and, from 2011, Aegis Head of Investment where he was responsible for trading across all media for the group in the UK.

Paul is responsible for defining and leading execution of MCap's sales strategy with a particular focus on agency networks. Prior to joining MCap, Paul held senior positions within the UK and International media agency sector, including being one of the founders of Mediacom in the UK and navigating the development of BLM Arena throughout its growth phase and its eventual sale to Havas Group.
Rob Rosenthal | Head of Outdoor . . .
Rob joined MCap to support its development and growth in the OOH media sector. Most recently, he was Buying Director at the OOH Specialist, Posterscope, a post he held for over 10 years. He has spent all his working life in the OOH arena and the majority of that time has been on the agency side. At Posterscope, he was responsible for all their UK investment and trading relationships. In the past he has sat on the IPA Outdoor council and the POSTAR/Route Boards.
Peter van den Bussche | Head of Content . . .
Peter is a senior international broadcast and media executive with over 20 years of experience working in TV production, international distribution and media. Prior to joining MCap, Peter was responsible for Programme Investment at Omnicom Media Group, Global Investment, and at Drum, Omnicom’s UK specialist content agency, an developed several high-profile projects for UK broadcasters. Peter was also Head of International Sales at Endemol, responsible for launching some of the biggest formats in the world, such as “Big Brother” and “Changing Rooms/Trading Spaces”. Peter also worked for Fox International TV Distribution as Senior VP International Format Sales, and at Zodiak Media Group as Head of Business Development.
Timothee de Mierry | Global Investment Director . . .
Timothee is responsible for analysis and structuring of new investment opportunities. Prior to joining MCap, Timothee was an investment analyst at Ledbury Capital and Magnetar Capital, focusing on cross-capital structure and special situations investment strategies. He started his career as an investment banker at UBS in New York and London, advising clients on M&A, as well as debt and equity financing. Timothee graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a degree in Aerospace Engineering.
Leo Sykes | Director of Finance . . .
Leo is a qualified accountant and a qualified Insolvency Practitioner, with extensive financial and investment management experience. Leo has spent 14 years working at large accountancy practices and, prior to joining MCap, completed a secondment at Lloyds TSB advising clients in financial difficulty. Leo's role is to ensure the smooth running of the finance department and all financial compliance matters.
